The assertion of warranty rights requires that all details about the assembly, use and maintenance in the operating instructions have been complied with.Normal wear and tear, the wearing out of components as well as visual faults are excluded from the warranty.The warranty requires that the product has been used properly and that the maximum system weight has not been exceeded.Products with damage which has been caused by material or manufacturing faults shall be replaced or repaired by DT Swiss free of charge within the warranty period.The date has to be proven with a sales receipt. We grant the statutory warranty of 24 months from the data of purchase for all DT Swiss products.
